In fact, because rubber is somewhat elastic, bulk rubber mulch quite often is used in areas where children may fall. For example, where there is playground equipment that children can climb, having the soft cushion of rubber mulch can avoid injury. Over all, the use of rubber mulch is effective and environmentally friendly.
